Following a car accident in 2015, I dealt with a long list of symptoms for over 10 years: chronic neck pain, chronic migraines, blurry and double vision, brain fog, poor sleep, chronic bloating, acid reflux/GERD, a lump-in-throat feeling, chronic anxiety, fullness and ringing in my left ear, shortness of breath, on-and-off wheezing just to name a few. I saw specialist after specialist for years with no real answers or relief, and honestly, I was at my wit's end.

Then I happened to come across a video on social media that described almost all of the symptoms I was dealing with, and it mentioned upper cervical chiropractic (UCC) work being able to help. That sent me down a research rabbit hole, which is how I found Dr. Burks. After reading through all the positive reviews from his other patients, I decided to take a leap of faith and give it a shot, hoping it would finally help.

I felt relief almost immediately after my atlas adjustment. My neck pain nearly disappeared, and I could finally breathe out of my left nostril for the first time in years. Within a few days, my brain fog cleared and my sleep improved. I haven't had a single migraine since starting treatment.

Now, about a month in, the lump in my throat feeling is noticeably reduced, my acid reflux and bloating are just about gone, I'm breathing easier, and my energy levels are so much better overall.

I had a previous back injury a few years back and ever since my sciatic pain was so intense it would prevent me from doing the things I loved to do. I started coming here after hearing about the non invasive and more holistic approach to helping my pain. Every step of the way has been clear and laid out. We identified the issues and had a plan in place. Early on I could tell a massive difference. I’ve also been given stretches to do at home that has further helped. I was cautiously optimistic at first coming but I can say for certain now how my life has changed for the better since coming for adjustments.
